Care Level A:

For residents who require little assistance—but much peace of mind.

    * Interactive monitoring of your health and well-being.
    * Resident safety checks at mealtimes.
    * Friendly reminders for medication, meals, bathing, grooming and medical appointments.
    * Customized service plan to meet your needs.

Care Level B:

For residents who need greater assistance with personal care.

All the services of Care Level A, plus:

    * Assistance with medication including filling, storing, and distributing prescription medications.
    * Escorts to activities such as meals, activities, etc.
    * Assistance with grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, and bathing.
    * Behavior monitoring as needed.

Care Level C:

For residents who require extensive help with personal care.

All the services of Care Levels A and B, plus:

    * Personal assistance with grooming, personal hygiene, dressing and bathing.
    * Behavior management and help with cognitive impairments.
    * Basic incontinence management.
    * Laundering of personal clothing.
